The major headache for Stefano Pioli is that he is set to be without his talisman and star man Rafael Leao, who limped off the pitch after just 11 minutes in their 2-0 win over high-flying Lazio over the weekend.
The Portuguese winger took to social media to downplay the extent of the issue, telling fans:
Despite this, there are major doubts over his involvement in the all-Italian affair, and he is unlikely to be fit enough to play any part in the first leg. Alexis Saelemakers replaced him against Lazio, and could be in line to do so again, though there could also be a recall for Brahim Diaz with Junior Messais impressing.
