This is a meeting between two of MLS' Canadian clubs, both of whom are struggling for form.

Vancouver Whitecaps actually find themselves rock bottom of the overall standings just now, having taken a measly four points from eight games.

Vanni Sartini's side come into this one following three straight defeats, most recently a 3-0 hammering at Q2 Stadium against Austin FC.

But, after a fortnight without a fixture, the Caps will be hoping for better after this mini-break.

Toronto FC meanwhile have faced traditional whipping boys FC Cincinnati twice this week, but this double-header certainly didn't go to plan.

First, the Orange and Blue won 2-1 at BMO Field before, on Wednesday night, TFC slumped to another defeat, this time 2-0 at TQL Stadium.

Bob Bradley looked like he was going to bring the glory days back to Toronto when his team amassed ten points from four games in March and early-April.

However, since then, the Reds have lost three on the bounce, so are now below the Eastern Conference play-off line.
