Dallas vs Nashville betting tips: Major League Soccer preview, predictions and odds

These two have met four times in MLS with Nashville winning twice, while FC Dallas won their last encounter in Tennessee in November.

Both teams to score is 3/4.

Draw and both teams to score is 10/3.

Hany Mukhtar is 11/2 to break the deadlock and 15/8 to add to his tally.

Match preview

Nashville have moved over to the Western Conference this season but, despite the spiritual geographical switch, are yet to lose in 2022.

First, the Coyotes caused a big upset by beating 2019 MLS Cup winners Seattle Sounders 1-0 at Lumen Field.

Aníbal Godoy firing home the surprise winner ten minutes from time.

Then, last weekend, Gary Smith's side were held to a 1-1 draw at Allianz Field by Minnesota United in freezing conditions.

C. J. Sapong broke the deadlock just five minutes in before, pushing for a late winner, Hany Mukhtar had a very credible shout for a penalty turned down.

On 1 May, they'll move into their brand-new home, Nashville Fairgrounds Stadium, but are forced to start the campaign with eight games on the road until then.

Will Nashville continue their unbeaten start?

FC Dallas meanwhile are looking for their first victory of 2022.

Nico Estévez's side drew 1-1 with Toronto FC in week one with Jáder Obrian opening the scoring in Frisco.

But then, last weekend, the Burn went down 1-0 in Foxborough to last season's Supporters' Shield winners New England Revolution, the only goal a penalty.

So Dallas, who finished 23rd in last year's overall standings, out of 27, could be in for another long campaign.

Will the hosts be celebrating a victory at Toyota Stadium?
