Which Championship club will continue their FA Cup adventure?

In the last round, Queens Park Rangers edged past Rotherham United, winning 8-7 on penalties after a 1-1 draw at Loftus Road.

This was a rare FA Cup victory for QPR who’ve gone out in the third round in six of the last eight campaigns, including five seasons in a row.

However, in both 2019 and 2020, they reached round five so will, at least, be hoping to match that this season.

Last weekend, Mark Warburton’s side continued their excellent form, hammering Reading 4-0; their biggest home win since New Years’ Day 2020.

This means Rangers are now unbeaten in six Championship games, winning five of them, so remain in the play-off places.

Down at the other end of the table is where one will find Peterborough United.

The Posh were beaten 2-0 by Sheffield United in their last game, Callum Morton with a late own goal, so have only won one of their last 13, losing nine.

Peterborough are back in the second-tier for the first time since 2013 this year but look set to go straight back down again.

In the cup, Darren Ferguson’s side beat Bristol Rovers 2-1 in the last round, Bali Mumba with the winner, so are in round four for the first time in four years.

They last got further than this in 1986.

Will QPR be too strong at London Road?

Prediction: Peterborough United 1-2 Queens Park Rangers

QPR have actually only won one of their last six meetings with Peterborough, losing 2-1 when they met at this venue in October.
