Italy host Ireland in Round 3 of the Six Nations at the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday.

With both teams yet to register a victory in this years tournament both will be eager to get off the mark in this encounter.

The Azzurri were defeated by France and England, while Andy Farrell’s Ireland suffered losses to Wales and France.

Italy boss Franco Smith has made no changes to the side that lost to England, with Carlo Canna set to earn his 50th international cap.

Farrell makes seven changes to his side following defeat in France, with captain Johnny Sexton returning. Jordan Larmour starts on the wing and James Lowe lines up on the opposite flank with Hugo Keenan also coming in.
