Will Real Madrid’s mini-winning run continue?

Last time out, Carlo Ancelotti’s side beat city rivals Rayo Vallecano 2-1 at Estadio Santiago Bernabéu with Toni Kroos and Karim Benzema scoring.

The victory was far more straight-forward than the scoreline suggests, aside from a nervy conclusion.

Los Blancos have now taken 10 pointes from the last 12 available in La Liga, since a shambolic 2-1 defeat in Catalonia to RCD Espanyol.

In this time, they’ve also beaten Shakhtar Donetsk home and away to move top of their Champions League group.

So, Real Madrid are second in the La Liga table, one point behind Real Sociedad but with a game in hand.

Will they win again?

Granada meanwhile, since promotion back to the top-flight in 2019, have finished seventh and then ninth.

Now though, el Graná are really struggling and start the weekend above the relegation zone on goal difference alone.

Although, in October, Robert Moreno’s side did go unbeaten in four, beating Sevilla and Levante while drawing with Osasuna and Getafe in between.

However, last time out, they were beaten 2-0 by Espanyol so are very much back down towards the danger zone.

Granada have also lost their last 12 meetings with Real Madrid, dating back to 2013, scoring six times and conceding 40.

Will los Blancos enjoy another easy victory at Nuevo Estadio de Los Cármenes?

Prediction: Granada 0-2 Real Madrid
