Clermont Foot will head to the Beaujoire Stadium this Sunday with Nantes welcoming the ninth-placed side in the midst of a rare unbeaten run for the home side after three games without a defeat.

However, Nantes are now sitting 15th in Ligue 1 after beating Brest 4-1 in a season’s best performance on home soil. Nice were up next for them, as the two drew 1-1. Nantes then got revenge on Qarabag in Europe with a narrow 2-1 win in midweek.
Clermont Foot are having a fantastic season by their standards, however, with the club now level on points with Lyon before their meeting with Lille. The club are in ninth, winning five times and losing five other games too.
On the other hand to a solid season so far, Clermont Foot have just lost to Brest at home, not long after drawing 1-1 with Monaco. These are the only dropped points in the past month, however, with them beating Ajaccio and Auxerre in October.
