Bosnar bullet keeps Shimizu top; Gamba-Kawasaki draw in 8-goal thriller

Gamba Osaka 4 – Kawasaki Frontale 4 (J-League, May 5, 2010) Gamba looked to be cruising to victory when they were 3-1 up with 15 minutes to go, but a late hat-trick from Kawasaki’s Jumpei Kusukami earned Frontale an unlikely point in the 8-goal thriller.

Jubilo Iwata 2 – Sanfrecce Hiroshima 1 (J-League, May 5, 2010) After condeding early doors, Ryoichi Maeda bagged a brace to lead Jubilo to victory.

Yamagata 1 – Omiya Ardija 0 (J-League, May 5, 2010) Furuhashi’s second half penalty settled the match.

Shonan Bellmare 2 – Vissel Kobe 2 (J-League, May 5, 2010) Ken Tokura bagged a brace for Kobe in the draw.
