Everton’s Gerard Deulofeu is in red hot form at the moment.
Having excelled in recent weeks in the Premier League against Sunderland and West Ham, Everton’s Spanish midfielder helped himself to a hat-trick on Thursday night against Georgia’s under-21s.
Blues winger Deulofeu, who was also captaining the side, led by example and opened the scoring by finishing from 15 yards when Asensio cut a sly free-kick back to him.
He then netted a free-kick himself for the second goal, from the edge of the area.
Asensio crossed for Inaki Williams to notch the third, before Dani Ceballos added another. A brilliant individual effort by Deulofeu then put the icing on the cake.
