Libertad 2 – Once Caldas 1 (Copa Libertadores, May 6, 2010) (Agg. 2-1) Dayro Moreno gave Once Caldas the lead on 55 but a brace from Roberto Gamarra, the first a penalty, the second with one minute to go, sent Libertad to the quarter finals.

Univ. de Chile 2 – Alianza Lima 2 (Copa Libertadores, May 6, 2010) (Agg. 3-2) Lima took the lead through Jose Fernandez, Eduardo Vargas equalised for the home side. Fernandez looked to have won the tie with a goal from Fernandez but Felipe Seymour equalised on the night late on. Universidad face Flamengo in the quarter finals.
