Celtic beat Inverness, as Paddy McCourt (the new Aiden McGeady) scores in the reserves

Inverness CT 1 – Celtic 2 (SPL, October 18, 2008) After a goalless first half, Scott Brown put Celtic ahead with a side-footed shot in the 48th minute. Celtic then opened up a two goal cushion when Glenn Loovens rose high at the back post to head home. Garry Wood pulled a goal back for the hosts.
