Ronaldinho’s penalty lifts Milan past Fiorentina; Totti inspires Roma past Parma into 1st

AC Milan 1 – Fiorentina 0 (Serie A, May 1, 2010) After a terrible run of results AC Milan finally got back on the winning trial thanks to a 78th minute Ronaldinho penalty. Ambrosini saw red for Milan at the death.

Parma 1 – Roma 2 (Serie A, May 1, 2010) Roma scored a brilliant goal after five minutes at Parma when a perfect ball over the top from De Rossi picked out Francesco Totti and the Giallorossi talisman controlled before lobbing the keeper. Roma looked to seal their temporary return to the top of the table 15 minutes from time when Totti cross for Rodrigo Taddei who headed in number two.  But Parma struck back in the 81st to set up a frantic finish, Davide Lanzafame scoring for the hosts after a cross from Jonathan Biabiany.
