Neymar stars again as Brazil hit 5 past Chile in the Sul-Americano U-20; Uruguay, Ecuador win in the 2nd round

Chile 1 – Brazil 5 (Sul-Americano U-20, January 31, 2011) Neymar opened the scoring with a beautiful free-kick in off the bar. Chile equalised when Bryan Carrasco turned in from a tight angle. In the second half Neymar restored Brazil’s lead with a fine volley and further goals by Lucas (fine chip), Diego Mauricio (Neymar assist) and Willian completed the win.

Uruguay 1 – Colombia 0 (Sul-Americano U-20, January 31, 2011) Adrian Luna’s superb 25-yard free-kick in the 42nd minute crashed off the underside of the bar to give Uruguay a narrow victory over Colombia.

Ecuador 1 – Argentina 0 (Sul-Americano U-20, January 31, 2011) Edson Montano scored for Ecuador in first-half stoppage time, leaping high to head in from 10-yards, to cause the biggest upset so far as Argentina crashed out.
