Gaziantepspor stun Galatasaray in a 5-goal thriller; Koray Colgecen’s horror og lifts Genclerbirligi to a Turkish cup win

Gaziantepspor 3 – Galatasaray 2 (Turkish Cup, February 3, 2011) Cenk Tosun got Gaziantepspor off to a great start, but Gala appeared to have the match under wraps when a first half Colin Kazim Richards header and a second half Bogdan Stancu daisycutter turned the match for the Istanbul powerhouse. But Gaziantepspor refused to simply lie down, and a lovely Abdullah Elyasa Sume volley in the 68th minute brought the match back onto a even-keel before Cenk Tosun drilled in a 78th minute to cap a thriller upset for the hosts.

Genclerbirligi 2 – Bucaspor 0 (Turkish Cup, February 3, 2011) Ermin Zec slid in a 72nd minute opener for the hosts before a completely crazy, horror own goal Koray Colgecen – firing the ball into his own net while under no pressure whatsoever – killed the match three minutes later.
