The Toon bagged a big win on Wednesday night over Burton Albion, thanks to a Matt Ritchie goal.
But, there was crazy controversy involving a penalty in the first half, given to Newcastle.
Matt Ritchie appeared to put Newcastle one-up from the penalty spot, but the converted penalty was called back and referee Keith Shroud simply gave Burton Albion a free-kick.

In the end, Newcastle won the match thanks to a second half Matt Ritchie goal.
The former Bournemouth winger curled home a beauty to get his goal, and the Newcastle win.
Rafa Benitez’s side returned to the top of the Championship and are one point ahead of second placed Brighton.
Newcastle are 10 points clear of third placed Huddersfield.
