Chelsea put in a title winning performance claiming 4-2 victory at Sunderland

Just before the hour Chelsea cashed in on a third after a period of consistent pressure, from a corner Craig Gordon made an amazing save to deny Lampard but John Terry was on hand to smash in the rebound. A brilliant Chelsea second half performance was rewarded with a fourth at the death, Malouda danced his way to the byline before seeing his cutback converted by Nicolas Anelka.
