Bradford 1 – York 1 (League Two, October 13, 2012) A solo effort by Bradford’s Zavon Hines ensured the first Yorkshire derby between the Bantams and York City in 16 years ended level.

Torquay 3 – Accrington 1 (League Two, October 13, 2012) Rene Howe scored his ninth goal of the season as Torquay returned to winning ways against Accrington.

Rochdale 1 – Morecambe 2 (League Two, October 13, 2012) Former Dale striker Jack Redshaw scored both goals for the visitors, sliding the first past Josh Lillis and later converting Kevin Ellison’s cross.

Northampton 3 – Exeter 0 (League Two, October 13, 2012) Adebayo Akinfenwa volleyed in and Kelvin Langmead converted a cross from Manchester City loanee Emyr Huws to give the Cobblers a 2-0 lead. Northampton’s win was sealed when Alex Nicholls headed in Chris Hackett’s free-kick with six minutes remaining.
