Teemu Pukki was on fire for Finland during Euro 2020 qualifying.

The 30-year-old fired his nation to Euro 2020 qualification with 10 goals making him the joint fourth highest goal scorer.

Pukki is at 13/5 to net first on Thursday and 15/8 to score any time.

Gareth Bale is expected to start for Wales despite his recent troubles with Real Madrid.

The Real Madrid star is 2/1 to score the first goal in Helsinki on Thursday.

Finland vs Wales: Match preview

Finland return to action for the first time since their historic Euro 2020 qualifying campaign.

For the first time ever, Markku Kanerva’s side qualified for the European championships.

Finland finished second to Italy in Group J and next summer will face Denmark, Belgium and Russia in the Euro 2020 group stages.

With their attack spearheaded by Teemu Pukki, the Norwich City striker netted 10 times in qualifying, finishing joint fourth highest goal scorer.

After previously topping League C Group 2 in the Nations League, Finland gained promotion to League B Group 4, with Wales, Bulgaria and Ireland.

Wales have also qualified for next summer’s European Championships after finishing second in Group E.

The Dragons’ strong finish to their qualifying campaign saw them beat Slovakia to the final spot by just one point.

Wales are currently five games unbeaten and should be confident about gaining promotion League A.

Ryan Giggs will be hopeful Gareth Bale’s situation with Real Madrid will not impact performances for the national team.

Bale made just two appearances for Madrid following football’s return after the coronavirus pandemic.
