Who is England’s Bukayo Saka?
At 19 years old, many players would be described as a star of the future but Bukayo Saka has proved to be star of the present.
His club side, Arsenal, endured their worst season since 1994/95 but Saka managed to rise above the mediocrity and provide Gunners fans with some optimism for the future.
His talent has been obvious since making his debut in the Europa League in November 2018 against Vorskla Poltava, scoring his first goal in the same competition in Frankfurt ten months later.
Overall, Saka has now scored 11 goals and provided 21 assists for Arsenal, playing in a variety of positions.
He started 2020 as left-back and has since, more regularly, played right-wing or attacking midfielder.
This versatility could be helpful for Gareth Southgate at Euro 2020.
Heâs so far won 4 England caps, two in friendlies and two in the UEFA Nations League, all as a left-wing-back.
Itâll be interesting to see, if he does feature at the European Championships, where Saka will be lining-up.
