10th and 14th will go at it in the Bundesliga this Saturday afternoon with Hoffenheim set to welcome Bayer Leverkusen to the Rhein Neckar Arena in Baden-Württemberg with neither side boasting of anything impressive since the World Cup.

While Leverkusen have managed to get two wins on the board, Hoffenheim have crashed out of the DFB-Pokal and slipped way down the league table since the finals in Qatar.

André Breitenreiter’s men were beaten 3-1 by RB Leipzig in the cup just last Wednesday, only to lose 5-2 to VfL Bochum just three days later.

Combine this with a 4-1 loss to Borussia Monchengladbach and it means Hoffenheim have let in 12 goals and scored four in the past three games. The club have also drawn with Stuttgart and lost to Union Berlin since the return of football in Germany.

Leverkusen defeated Bochum themselves a few weeks back and also past Gladbach 3-2 on the returning game in Germany. However, the club still sit 10th after two losses in a row against Augsburg and Borussia Dortmund.

It makes this game a tough one to call, but Leverkusen may have enough in the tank to get all three points.
