VIDEO: Soccer AM’s goodbye montage to Liverpool’s Andriy Voronin

An official Liverpool player from 2007-2010, Ukrainian striker Andriy Voronin recently brought his miserable Anfield career to a close by agreeing terms to join Dynamo Moscow. His total career stats at Anfield were a pitiful five goals in just 27 matches.

Always happy to stick the boot in to overpaid footballers who fail to cut the mustard, Soccer AM have gone about marking the departure of Voronin by compiling a typically sarcastic video montage of the striker’s highlight reel during his time as a Scouser. For added comic value, the video is accompanied by some excellent, out-of-place commentary from Sky commentator Andy Gray that rams that point home that Voronin was a crap signing.

Also from Saturday’s show there was an interview with arguably the best keeper of all-time Peter Schmeichel, as well as MMS, Tubes, Crossbar Challenge and Skill Skool.
