[Video] Raheem Sterling scores a cracker for Liverpool U21s v West Ham

After a breakthrough season under Brendan Rodgers at Liverpool, in recent weeks Raheem Sterling has been on the periphery of the first team with his manager admitting the youngster needed a rest.

On Monday, Sterling reminded Liverpool fans that he is still available just a day after the Merseyside giants secured their most impressive result of the season, beating Tottenham 3-2.

Sterling was on the scoresheet for Alex Ingelthorpe’s Under-21 side in a 3-3 draw where, according to reports, Liverpool impressed going forward but were sloppy at the back, conceding all three goals from corners.

The cracker from Sterling was scored to level the score at 1-1, Suso also illustrated his first team potentials for Liverpool with a fine second which can also be seen below.
