It was a familiar day at the Emirates for Arsenal fans against AC Milan yesterday.
The Gunners controlled much of the possession, showed slick movement going forward, Arsenal showed their familiar weakness at set-pieces and Arsene Wenger was questioned about the future of Cesc Fabregas post match.
There were though plenty of positives, not least the performances of new Arsenal signings Marouane Chamakh and Laurent Koscielny.
Chamakh, opened the scoring and also produced a wonderful back heel to release Andrey Arshavin in the box in the second half.
Not to be outdone, Carlos Vela, whose opportunities at Arsenal would appear to be limited this season, also produced some excellent skill late on to skip past two Rossoneri defenders.
