United’s Ryan Giggs wins the 2009 PFA award (video)

Sunday night saw the Premier League holding its gala awards night, at which Manchester United legend, 35-year-old Ryan Giggs, scooped the top prize of the Professional Footballers’ Association’s 2009 Player of the Year award.

After collecting his award, Giggs answered the questions of host Jeff Stelling on how much Sir Alex has help him in his career and talking about how the Welsh Wizard has managed to survive this long at the top level.

After all the chit-chat was over a live choir accompanied a montage of the greatest moments of Giggs illustrious career, with the United number 11 looking slightly, and understandably, emotional as the footage was playing.
