Sunday’s night’s Turkish league match between Trabzonspor and Fenerbahce left a stain on the domestic football league.
The match was abandoned in the second half, in one of the craziest incidents of fan violence you will see this season.
As if that wasn’t enough, further footage has been broadcasted on Turkish TV revealing how one Trabzonspor fan courted hatred from his fellow supporters during the game.
After the match was suspended, Fener star Luis Nani threw his shirt to a man sitting in the Trabzonspor section.
No sooner had the man received Nani’s Fener shirt, than other supporters in his vicinity started taking offence. We assume the fans were angry that a Trabzonspor supporter would want to own a Fenerbahce shirt.
That being the case, one irate supporter confronted the man, and he stole the shirt from his grasp, he threw it back on the pitch, and ultimately it was returned to the former Man United midfielder.
Watch the mad footage below.
