Rubbish decision: Roland Lamah (Swansea) disallowed goal v West Brom

The mid table clash between West Brom and Swansea featured what has already been described as the worst offside decision in the Premier League this season.

The Baggies emerged as 2-1 victors but were hugely fortunate not to concede in the 8th minute through Belgian forward Roland Lamah.

After tricking his way down the right, Lamah’s cross was knocked back to him by two West Brom players before he slotted home.

Swansea boss Michael Laudrup was understandably frustrated about the decision and even West Brom manager Steve Clarke admitted afterwards it should have stood.

For Roland Lamah it will be a real kick in the teeth if he sees the replay below as it would have been his first Premier League goal.

This is a true shocker from Lee Mason and his linesmen Lee Betts and Andrew Halliday.

Below is video of the Roland Lamah disallowed goal followed by the (as ever) calm and collected response from Michael Laudrup.

Above are a couple of comical Tweets from the official West Brom Twitter account.
