Rio Ferdinand Tweets that Man United will finish in the top 4 this season during #AskRio Q&A

At 35 and barely playing for Manchester United, there is no doubt that Rio Ferdinand still holds a very vocal social media presence.

The ageing Manchester United centre back conducted a question and answer session on Twitter on Wednesday morning and was chuffed to see his hash tag #AskRio trending worldwide.

Of course, Ferdinand received plenty of abuse (such is the way of Twitter unfortunately) but the former England defender also opened up on life at Old Trafford and some of his experiences in the game.

It will come as no surprise that Rio was positive with regards to Manchester United’s top four hopes.

But, with the likes of Liverpool, Everton and Spurs all looking strong, presuming the top three spots are sown up, you have to worry about David Moyes’ chances of finishing the season as a top four manager.
