Increasingly, it is looking like Aaron Ramsey’s season at club level could well be over.
And, questions have to be asked of Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, who reportedly played Ramsey against Hull on Tuesday night despite the fact he was carrying an injury.
Ramsey came on during the 4-0 FA Cup victory but lasted just 16 minutes in the second half due to a thigh injury.
The Welsh midfielder has had an up and down season, but scored a crucial goal at Spurs last Saturday in the north London derby.
Officially, all Arsenal have said is that Ramsey will undergo tests in the coming days but newspaper reports have suggested that the midfielder will be out for a minimum of six weeks.
There are even claims that Ramsey will struggle to be fit for Wales’ Euro 2016 campaign this coming June.
