Holland Under-21 midfielder Quincy Promes has bagged double figures in consecutive Eredivisie seasons so should be fairly well known to fans of the Dutch top flight.
On Wednesday night, Promes, who plays for FC Twente, announced himself on the international stage with a stunning hat-trick for Holland Under-21s.
The Holland Under-21 side, that included Chelsea pair Marco van Ginkel and Nathan Ake, smashed Scotland 6-1.
And it was Promes that did most of the damage with a first half hat-trick scored on 26, 40 and 42.
Its a brilliant watch and you suspect we could be seeing a lot more from Quincy Promes.
Promes has been linked in some quarters with Manchester United and could still be called up by Louis van Gaal to the full Holland squad for the World Cup…
