Now that our life line has been used up we’re hoping to have some more accurate bets to kick-start the flow of money into our pockets, and Wednesday night offers a tantalising opportunity to bet on three hot favourites to get odds of 3/1 on your money.

Arsenal, right back in the title race, head to rock-bottom Portsmouth looking to further close the gap on Chelsea at the top of the table. (Full match preview here.) Riding a wave of momentum after four Premier League victories in December, we firmly expect the Gunners to win at Fratton Park.

Over in Manchester, Wigan head to the reigning champions in another match which seems heavily weighted in the favour of the Top Four member. (Full match preview here.) The Red Devils appear to have the hoodoo over the Latics having won every single meeting between the clubs in the Premier League, and with home advantage on their side, another victory seems inevitable for Fergie’s charges.

Lastly, over in Belgium league leaders Anderlecht play host to fifth placed Zulte-Waregem. Already with a five point lead over their closest rivals Club Brugge, and with the fantastic 16-year-old goalscoring sensation Romelu Lukaku (9 goals in 15 games) leading their attack, Anderlecht have the potential to completely run away with the Jupiler League. And having won 12 of the their last 15 games in all competitions, as well as recording just one home defeat in the whole of 2009 (which was back in January), another home win seems a banker.

Backing Arsenal (4/7), Manchester United (2/7) and Anderlecht (40/85) to all win, we aim to turn a £2.50 stake into a £7.43 return.
