As had been rumoured, PSG are not terminating the contract of right back Serge Aurier.
The Ligue 1 side have a problem.
They don’t want Serge Aurier at their club, but they are also not willing to sack the player to allow him to move to another team for free.
The PSG defender, who had been in fine form this season, stupidly took to live streaming network to film himself slanderng Laurent Blanc, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and other PSG players.
Aurier’s comments were not for the feint-hearted.
He called manager Blanc a “faggot” while claiming the boss also has performed sex acts on Ibrahimovic.
Aurier has now been suspended by PSG, but according to Canal Plus the Parisians have now decided on their punishment.
The Ivory Coats international will be demoted to the reserves for the rest of the season plus he’ll be slapped with a €180,000 fine.
One suspects that PSG will also be looking to offload the defender, who they value at €20 million.
