Manchester United target Arturo Vidal: ‘I don’t know if I’ll stay at Juve, but I’m happy here’ [Sky Italia]

Juventus’ Arturo Vidal was interviewd by Sky Italia at the airport on his return from holidays today, and the Chilean was coy when asked about his future by an inquisitive reporter.

Strongly linked with a move to Manchester United, and with negotiations believe to be close to completion, Vidal wasn’t giving anything away as he made his way out of the airport.

‘Are you going to put the Juve fans at ease and confirm you’re staying? (Laughs)

I’m still on holidays, we’ll see starting from tomorrow.

You’re not going to Manchester (United) are you? – (Laughs) No, no.’

Have you spoken to Allegri yet? I haven’t heard from him or from my teammates yet. I don’t know yet if I’ll stay, I have to speak with Allegri first, but I’m happy here.”

Really, a bog standard airport interview, with generic responses; the only way of getting anything from it is by trying to decipher the body language…
