Hulk isn’t set for Chelsea! Brazil striker was in London for photo shoot not to sign for Blues

We did predict this would happen – as can be seen from our Tweet above.

A number of the UK tabloids reported that Zenit striker Hulk was in London yesterday and linked the Brazilian with a move to Chelsea.

The fact Zenit had just sacked Luciano Spalletti (who they will likely replace with AVB…) only added fuel to the Hulk to Chelsea rumours.

Hulk’s original Instagram post said: “Going to work in London. With my manager and friend # Teo”.

And, it looks like Hulk was in London for a photo shoot – presumably for the World Cup – rather than to sign for Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, West Ham etc.

Early on Wednesday morning, Hulk posted another snap on Instagram, see below, from inside another fancy jet at Luton Airport with the following message:

“Thank you God for another day of work. Tiring and productive. All good things come to those who wait!”

Hulk also thanked two agencies – the XYZ Sports Sports Marketing Agency and Agência Africa – neither of whom would be football agents selling Hulk to Chelsea…
