The friendly match played yesterday between Al-Ahli and AC Milan appears to be the gift that keeps on giving as footage has emerged of Zlatan Ibrahimovic having a bust-up late on with David O’Leary.
Yes, you read that correctly. The former Arsenal and Republic of Ireland international, who also had spells as boss of Leeds and Aston Villa is now manager of Al-Ahli.
O’Leary took offence to a typical late challenge from Zlatan Ibrahimovic on Hassan in the dying seconds of the game and the 52-year-old had to be held back by his coaching staff.
The Al-Ahli coach can clearly be seen saying “you knew what you were doing” and the Swedish striker taunted O’Leary as the players were leaving the pitch at the end of the game.
