Cristiano Ronaldo buys a hotel worth €140m in Monte Carlo with the help of Donald Trump

Cristiano Ronaldo has made another significant investment.

It’s been widely reported overnight that the Real Madrid star has completed the €140 million purchase of a hotel in Monte Carlo.

According to British company, The Proto Group, the deal to purchase the Monaco property was completed last week and is a collaboration between the real estate agent, owned by Italian Alessandro Proto, and America’s Donald Trump.

This isn’t the first time Cristiano and the potential future American President have done a deal together.

Last August it was revealed that the Portuguese forward splashed out $18.5 million on an apartment in New York’s famous Trump Tower.

The loft was initially the property of Italian real-estate mogul Alessandro Proto.

The 2,509-square-foot loft has three bedrooms and a corner location that offers panoramic views of Central Park, the Empire State Building, One World Trade Center, and the Hudson River.
