20-year-old midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah today became Chelsea’s 33rd departing loanee after agreeing a season long loan move to Serie A side Napoli.
Having joined Chelsea as a 10-year-old in 2005, the England U21 international has since enjoyed five separate loan spells at different clubs.
Nathaniel Chalobah is going overseas for his sixth loan spell and will wear the number 94 shirt at Italy’s well supported Napoli.
The talented young midfielder, who is also able to play in defence, joins a long list of Chelsea players who are currently out on loan all over Europe.
High profile Chelsea signings Mohamed Salah and Juan Cuadrado have also recently been loaned to Serie A clubs. See a map – created by the Daily Mail, of where Chelsea’s 33 loans are below.
Nathaniel Chalobah has two years left on his current deal at Chelsea but really must impress Jose Mourinho soon if he is to stay on longer.
