Chelsea’s Jose Mourinho hints that Radamel Falcao has joined from Man United on foreign TV

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho was speaking on Latin American TV station DirecTV Sports earlier today and basically confirmed the signing of Radamel Falcao.

The 29 year old Monaco striker spent a rather unsuccessful season long loan at Manchester United and it’s well known that Monaco can no longer afford his wages.

Jose Mourinho appears happy to take on the out of sorts Colombian superstar, with Falcao expected to join on a one year loan deal.

“If I can help Falcao reach his level again, I will do it!” said Mourinho. “It hurts me that people in England think that the real Falcao is the one we saw at Manchester United.”

Despite receiving endless support from the fans, Radamel Falcao managed only four goals during his time at Old Trafford.

Jose Mourinho also spoke about the future of Juan Cuadrado, insisting that the former Fiorentina winger will be a Chelsea player next season.

“Cuadrado is not going anywhere this summer”.
