Blame it on the bobble: Rodrigo Tiui (Atletico GO) v Guarani

When you are bottom of the league it is often said that the luck often goes against you. Events in Brazil last night would seem to back up that assertion.

Rock bottom Ateltico GO hosted 12th placed Guarani and after taking an early lead through leading striker Rodrigo Tiui (pictured) were pegged back by Mazola.

At the end of the first half Atletico were handed a key chance after winning the ball back in the Guarani half, Tiui rounded the keeper Douglas and looked odds on to score.

Suffice to say he didn’t and the match ended 1-1 leaving Atletico four points from safety having played a game more than all their relegation rivals.

As a bonus on a fine piece of footage, watch out for the Guarani defender who straddles himself on the post.
