Aston Villa booked their spot at Wembley on Saturday with a 2-0 win over local rivals West Brom in the FA Cup.
After the full time whistle blew, Villas fans rushed the pitch in a mass pitch invasion, and that led to a eye catching claim from Fabian Delph.
Delph, who put Villa ahead against the Baggies, claimed that he was bitten by fans in the pitch invasion.
After the match Delph gave his version of events in an interview, saying:
That was very, very scary.
My armband got nicked, someone got my left boot, but I could appreciate the relief the fans are feeling after a result like that. It was dangerous. Someone tried to take my boot off. People tried to kiss me and were biting me. It was scary.
