Will Levante’s unbeaten run of two matches continue?
Nine days ago, the Bats caused a huge upset by beating champions Atlético Madrid 1-0 away from home thanks to Gonzalo Melero’s low finish.
Then, last weekend, Alessio Lisci’s side held Celta de Vigo to a 1-1 draw at Balaídos with Roger’s equaliser snatching a point.
But here, they’re looking to put together a three-match unbeaten streak for the first time since 26 February 2021, one year ago on Saturday.
If Levante are to pull off a great escape, it’s going to have to start soon.
Elche meanwhile are just looking to stay clear of the bottom three.
Los Franjiverdes came from behind to beat Rayo Vallecano 2-1 at last Friday night with Guido Carrillo and the new signing Ezequiel Ponce the scorers.
The latter coming just six minutes from time at Estadio Manuel Martínez Valero.
So, in 2022, Francisco’s side have taken 14 points from seven matches, only losing to Sevilla, climbing from 17th up to 13th.
Will there be a winner at Estadi Ciutat de València?

After Roger came off the bench to score last weekend, he could come into the XI here.
He’d likely partner José Luis Morales with Dani Gómez dropping out; Roberto Soldado is the other option.
At the other end of the pitch, Shkodran Mustafi is out long-term but his replacement, 34 year old Martín Cáceres, has been solid since arriving from Cagliari.

Francisco will be sweating over the fitness of top-scorer Lucas Boyé who’s missed the last two games due to injury.
If he’s not back, Ezequiel Ponce could partner one of Pere Milla or Guido Carrillo up top.
