With nothing on the line, Lee Carsley made wholesale changes for Wednesday’s clash with Germany, making it all the more impressive that England won.
Captain Taylor Harwood-Bellis will return at centre-back, with Max Aarons back in the starting XI after illness.
Emile Smith Rowe scored against both Czechia and Israel, so could set here, while Morgan Gibbs-White and Anthony Gordon, who combined for the opener last Sunday, seem certainties to come back in.
Gibbs-White, Gordon, Curtis Jones and Ben Johnson are all one yellow card away from missing a potential semi-final through suspension.

Wolves duo Pedro Neto and Fábio Silva will lead the Portuguese attack, with Francisco Conceição completing the trio.
Nuno Tavares of Arsenal will line-up at left-back, but club teammate Fábio Vieira, who is the U21′s captain, was ruled out pre-tournament due to injury.
