N’Jie settling back into Ligue Un life
23-year-old Clinton N’Jie tonight scored his first goal in well over a year, having left Tottenham for Marseille on loan on Transfer Deadline Day.
The Cameroon born attacking midfielder didn’t make one Premier League start during his one year stint at White Hart Lane but is beginning to impress again in Ligue Un.
Formerly at Lyon, Clinton N’Jie scored his first goal for Marseille to equalise against Nantes in the 22nd minute.
N’Jie scores gorgeous goal
Linking up with fellow former Lyon and Premier League star Bafetimbi Gomis, Clinton N’Jie levelled the scores with a brilliantly taken goal.
He collected the ball near the half-way line before putting the after-burners on and eventually hammering the ball into the bottom corner from 20 yards out. Watch the goal below.
