Emre Can v Plymouth

Emre Can jokes about his Wet Willy during Liverpool 0 – Plymouth 0

Emre Can on the end of a Wet Willy

Arguably the highlight of Liverpool‘s 0-0 draw in the FA Cup with Plymouth on Sunday afternoon was the Wet Willy handed out to Emre Can by Sonny Bradley.

A tremendous rearguard action from Plymouth secured a goalless draw at Anfield and a replay with the winner playing Wolves in the fourth round.

Can played 63 minutes of the match and must still be smarting from Bradley’s actions in the first half.

#Weird

Can took to Instagram on Tuesday afternoon and posted a video and message regarding the draw versus Plymouth and the Wet Willy.

A Wet Willy is when someone sticks their finger in someone’s ear having licked it – in this case it looks like Sonny Bradley simply used some of Emre Can’s underarm sweat. (Gross!)

Can tagged the video with the following message: “For sure not the result we were looking for. But wet willy alarm against Plymouth?! Anyways: we will give 100% for getting to the next round. Focused on Southampton now. With cleaned ears… #WetWilly #weird #YNWA #EC23 #Plymouth #FACup”.
