There was an amazing goal scored in Egypt on Tuesday, during the top flight match between Zamalek and El Hodood.
The match looked like a pre-game formality, with Zamalek riding high in second place, while El Hodood are rock bottom after 24 rounds of the season.
But it was a tight affair, settled by an early goal, and it was a goal worthy of winning any game of football.
Zamalek stroked the ball around in midfield in the 6th minute, before a cross from the left was pinged into Basem Morsi, who had two defenders for company.
The quality of the pass allowed a leaping Morsi to collect the ball on his chest, and the 27-year-old striker immediately whipped his body into an overhead kick, and the ball rocketed into the net.
It was absolute quality!
Despite winning 1-0, Zamalek remain nine points behind leaders Al Ahly in the race for the title.
