Ross Barkley & Everton
On Wednesday, Everton manager Ronald Koeman confirmed that Ross Barkley wants to leave Everton this summer and that no bids have come in yet for the midfielder.
Barkley is currently recovering from a groin operation, while the England international has just one year left on his current deal.
Tottenham have long been listed as the front runners to sign Barkley, but according to journalist Dominic King, speaking on BBC 5 Live radio, several Premier League clubs are likely to try to sign the 23-year-old.
Arsenal, Chelsea & Man United
Barkley very much fits the profile of players at Tottenham: Young, English with improving to do under Mauricio Pochettino.
But according to Dominic King, he expects the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Man United to all consider moves for the Everton star this summer.
The difficulty in any deal for Barkley is financial. Everton are looking for 50 million pounds, while the players salary demands are also reportedly rather high.
