Brazilian second tier side Mogi Mirim last night beat Macaé 3-1 in Serie B with goals from Rivaldo (1) and his son Rivaldinho (2).
After becoming the president of Mogi Mirim, the 43 year old Rivaldo retired from football in 2014 but recently made a comeback.
The legendary forward – who hadn’t netted a professional goal since February 2013 – slotted home a penalty last night to make it 2-0 after his son, Rivaldinho, had opened the scoring with a diving header.
Aged 20, Rivaldinho showed great composure to add another before both players were subbed off by the 55th minute. Watch the goals below.
