Antoine Griezmann was in the Stade de France when all hell broke loose in Paris last night.
With the suicide bombers exploding themselves on live TV during the France-Germany match, the players and most of the fans initially continued their business unaware of what was going on in the French capital.
When the game finished the news instantly filtered out, and Griezmann quickly learned that his sister was at the concert at the Bataclan hall in Paris.
The Atletico Madrid turned to Twitter to document what was going on:
My thoughts are with the victims of the attacks. May God take care of my sister and the people of France # ViveLaFrance
Thank God my sister was able to get out of the Bataclan. All my prayers are with the victims and their families.
Grosse pensée pour les victimes des attaques. Dieu prend soin de ma soeur et des Français. #ViveLaFrance
