Dutch coach Raymond Verheijen is making a comeback as Arsenal’s biggest critic.
Last year he became Twitter famous for berating the training methods of Manchester United manager David Moyes.
Arsene Wenger has been his target over the past couple of days, after yesterday coming out and blaming the veteran Arsenal manager for the injury problems of Alexis Sanchez.
Former Wales assistant coach Raymond Verheijen later claimed that Arsenal must change their training methods or Aaron Ramsey must leave.
The Welsh midfielder had to come off during a narrow win over Leicester, suffering his third hamstring injury of the season.
“There are two solutions. Either Arsenal sort themselves out or Aaron has to go to a club… where training is more balanced,” said Verheijen.
“It’s one or the other. The medical staff can only cure the problem but football coaches cause the problem because they are responsible for football training sessions.”
Ramsey is expected to be out for a number of weeks after he came off injured just 9 minutes after coming on as a substitute.
