Where next for Mamadou Sakho?
France Football have looked into Mamadou Sakho’s future on Wednesday.
Sakho has been frozen out at Liverpool since before the season even began after the French defender misbehaved during the club’s pre-season tour in America.
Jurgen Klopp made it crystal clear recently that Sakho has no future at Anfield, and four clubs are now sniffing around the Les Bleus international.
The Baggies were linked to Sakho in the summer, and West Brom could come back in for the defender in January.
Should he arrive at the Hawthorns, Tony Pulis would have great options at the back with Gareth McAuley, Jonas Olsson and Jonny Evans already on the books.
The Ligue 1 club are currently going through a major overhaul, and France Football believe they have funds for deals like signing Sakho.
Could Sakho return to his former club?
With David Luiz now at Chelsea, PSG could be in the market for new defensive recruits. Moreover, PSG are still fighting on four fronts this season, so extra cover could be useful.
The Milan clubs
Both Inter and AC Milan are thought to have an interest in Sakho.
Should he join the Rossoneri, Sakho would add experience alongside Alessio Romagnoli. With the Nerazzurri, the Liverpool defender would be rotated with Joao Miranda and Jeison Murillo.
