Barcelona & Philippe Coutinho
The Sunday Express have splashed their back page with yet more claims linking Liverpool’s Philippe Coutinho with Barcelona.
The saga has now been dragging out for weeks, as Liverpool have made it clear Coutinho is not for sale.
So far Liverpool have rejected three offers from Barca for the Brazilian. The most recent bid was in the region of £114 million.
Coutinho recently submitted a formal transfer request to try and convince the club to sell him so that he could make his move to Barcelona.
Enormous fourth bid
The Sunday Express believe Barcelona are willing to up their offer to £130 million.
But Liverpool are again primed to reject that offer from the Camp Nou.
It’s claimed that FSG will only sell Coutinho for £140 million.

Good news for Liverpool
On Saturday night, rumours broke that Barcelona have made their second major signing since Neymar’s move to PSG.
Last week many were stunned when Barcelona signed Paulinho for 40 million euros.
But supporters will be on side with Barcelona’s next signing: Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri.
Seri has been linked with a departure from Nice all summer, while the likes of Tottenham and Arsenal were named possible suitors.
Should Barcelona complete on the transfer, it means that Philippe Coutinho’s possible move to the Camp Nou feels even more remote.
After completing on Seri, Barcelona are set to finalise terms with Borussia Dortmund for Ousmane Dembele.
